Password Reset & Security Questions

The purpose of this article is to explain how a Superuser can reset an existing User’s password and how to assist a new User with setting up their password, should they not be able to locate their activation email.

Resetting an Existing User's Password

Firstly, select the relevant User from the User list.

You will then be presented with the User's details within the User's tray to the right-hand side. From here, select Reset Password followed by Email User:

An email will then be sent to the User's associated email address containing a link for them to create a new password.

Creating a New User's Password

Firstly, select the relevant User from the User list.

You will then be presented with the User's details within the User's tray to the right-hand side. From here, select Set Password, followed by Email User:

Resetting a User's Security Questions

If a User requires their security questions to be reset, you can do this within the User's tray by selecting Reset Questions:

When the User next logs into their profile, they shall be prompted to re-create their security questions and answers.
